Sarah A. Bradley Jim’s daughter, started with the company when she was old enough to grab a bottle of cleaner and a rag to clean and dust the office. In 1998 she joined the team as a clerical assistant and worked in the corporate office fielding phone calls, typing and collating client evaluations, notes, and reports. She worked in this capacity until leaving for college, although during breaks she would return and continue to work in the office. During her last year of college she began direct client care as a Residential Assistant, gaining valuable knowledge about the care and treatment of RPG℠ clients and residents. Upon graduation from Grand Valley State University, Sarah, while continuing to work at RPG℠ was unsure of what she wanted for her future. However as she continued in her work at RPG℠ it became clear that what she wanted was to continue the vision that had started RPG℠. She had gained enough experience to become a Residential Coordinator and worked at completing her requirements to become a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). She currently serves the company as its Executive Director where her time is spent overseeing daily operations of the company including growth, marketing, networking and strategic planning.
