Krysta Duffany received her Bachelor’s of Applied Arts in Recreation, Parks and Leisure Administration with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation from Central Michigan University. For the past 13 years, she has worked in both the clinical and community settings with both TBI and psychiatric patients. Previous work experience includes Oakwood Hospital, Henry Ford Health System, Apex Behavioral Health, working with inmates with psychiatric illness in the Wayne County Jail and the Lakeland Center working with TBI and SCI patients. Krysta began working for RPG℠ in 2010 as a Site Supervisor for our Rochester Hills site. She earned herself a promotion in October of 2013 to our Program Director. In 2014 she became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Her responsibilities, to name just a few, include overseeing the daily operations of all RPG℠ locations, program development, and communication with clients and their team members. She most recently successfully passed the test and became a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
