In 1990 our company was formed to provide individuals suffering from Traumatic Brain Injuries an alternative from traditional group homes and AFC facilities. This company was developed to provide survivors with the tools necessary to integrate back into the community. This company was called Rehabilitation Pathways Group. It was incorporated in Michigan in 1992 as Rehab Pathways Group, Inc.

Rehab Pathways Group provides a real life alternative to traditional day treatment programs, adult foster care placements, and long-term care facilities by providing an individualized approach directed by a professional and supervised paraprofessional staff and a real residential site in a real community.

We provide supervised residential treatment and monitoring in a community setting. We are a "Real Life" alternative to traditional group homes, adult foster care placements, and long-term facilities.

Our staff includes certified brain injury specialists, life skill trainers, occupational therapists, cognitive therapists, speech and language therapists, recreational theratpists, rehab paraprofessionals, and residential assistants.
